Oh come on. I've read many quotes from John where he talks about wanting to remix Beatles tracks. For one thing, there's the famous quotes about him bitching about how Martin mixed the stereo tracks with the vocals on one side and the instruments on another. . Could be. I'm not 100% sure but isn't that comment of John's more to do with moaning that they should have put the mono versions on the compilation (of the time) and not the stereo versions.

A good look at Martin's career, the part about his hearing loss and how he first noticed it in the 70's was interesting...
Not the best doco around but it's worth seeing, even if just to tick it as watched...

I must say i enjoyed the extras part of the dvd more... George and Giles were very insightful re G. martins life and career.. Did i say i enjoyed this part of the dvd MUCH more than the main part...

Does anybody know if George has ever commented specifically about Geoff Emerick and some of the other people he worked with at Abbey Road?
