Thanks for reporting that Sally as it is very newsworthy. But it also causes me to lose even more respect for Macca as he caters to the 1% Club. Those f_cks don't even buy his records; they are given to them for free or worse yet, they get pirate downloads for the thrill of it even though they can afford Paulie for their private, elite parties.

Criminy! Paul has played for free, played giant stadiums and festivals, small pubs and record stores, done little skits, busked and played to the wealthy. He's been very generous with his time, talent, and money. I think he's done alright for the 1% to 100%.

The article says John Mellencamp has played this 1% Club! LOL, old Johnny Cougar must have been told by his management that it was a show for the UAW and he didn't know any better. I guess the tuxs didn't give it away.

Holy shit, here is a quote from Sally's first article on the hypocrite Rock elite who have played this, you know, the people who tell us how to live our lives and why Big Government is better for us yet they play this 1% Club: "Last year Barbra Streisand headlined. Others who have performed include Harry Connick Jr., Celine Dion, Sting, James Taylor, Diana Ross, John Cougar Mellencamp, Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill, Lionel Richie, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder and Elton John." Most of those pukes supported publicly the likes of Occupy Wall Street yet played before this group! LOL, this was the most important link ever posted here Sally to show that these Pop Stars are huge hypocrites: they'll play any gig before any group for huge money! Nah, I ain't cutting Paul any slack for playing this gig. I guess artistically he was on the same bill as Vanessa Williams!

You know, as far as worldwide income is concerned, I think most of us on this board are at least in the top 10%.

Paul was also artistically on the same bill as an American Idol winner Carrie Underwood. In my opinion, Paul can play any gig he wants. He probably did this because it's easy money and/or he's friends with Ron Baron. We also don't know what he did with the one million or so fee. Paul could have either pocketed the money or gave some or all of it to charity. I know it's hypocrisy when the Rock elite supports some little guy causes and also supports some 1% causes.

Damn-it, Steve Marinucci reported today that Paul is not the richest Pop Star and is beaten by that tramp Madonna! Paul better start making some money or he won't be privately hired back to the Billionaire's Investment Conference. He is not a billionaire!

I'll stick with whatever the Forbes' analysis is, whether concerning artists' annual incomes, or their accumulated wealth. They have been around for about a hundred years and have global recognition and the associated credibility. I've never even heard of Wealth-X, the organisation this latest news comes from. New kids on the block?

Calm down people. They're talking about how much they earned this year. The article is not about total wealth. Paul could do absolutely nothing in 2015 and still be the wealthiest performer.
