I must admit, I always thought Paul was more of a boxers type. This is shocking.

Especially as it's probably a picture of him in swimwear. I mean, I doubt Paul was wandering around outside during the day in his pants... Could be wrong. I must admit to not knowing a huge deal about men's underwear in the sixties. As for whether he's a boxers or briefs man, as with almost everything else, he HAS answered. Or not.

I'd say those are swim shorts. They do look a little short for the early sixties.

Those are fairly standard 1960s mens swimming trunks.

I stand corrected. Paul's wearing swimming briefs is perfectly acceptable.

Those are fairly standard 1960s mens swimming trunks. And the Board's resident expert on men's swimwear has spoken! Hey, vectis, what is this(besides "Yummy!")?

Fairly standard 1960s men's swimming trunks. Yes, and stuffed with a SCUD rocket courtesy of Tony Hicks, lead guitarist of The Hollies!

Dunno. I guess you'd have to really look in order to notice something like that.

Those are NOT fairly standard 1960s men's swimming trunks. Not UK, anyway. Astrid must have had a VERY progressive attitude. Racy stuff, Stu!

That's John's best mate (clever in his profession, and with good looks), no wonder Paul was jealous and envious of him.....lol He had better (very cool) swimming trunks than Paul.....*laugh*
