Eww, y'all are being pervy! I saw a relatively recent [last 5 years or so] picture of Paul and Heather Louise embracing - he was giving her a kiss goodbye or hello. Like Mike Mac said in his book, the McCartney family kisses family on the lips, so when you see pics of Paul kissing his kids, it kinda does make you think for JUST FOR ONE SECOND, whoa! It would be nice to see HL at more family gatherings. esp like the beach over Christmas and New Year's - were HL and James there, or left alone in the cold U.K.? It would be nice to see James smile once in awhile. I absolutely know that it's none of my business what any of them do, but a girl can wish.

It's a bit dispiriting to see that there is such a strong move to think the worst of Paul in everything he does.

It's a bit dispiriting to see that there is such a strong move to think the worst of Paul in everything he does. American Democratic leaders are charging Russia with influencing the recent Presidential Election through illegal activity and propaganda. They are thus accusing the President-Elect of being "illegitimate" and even of being in league with the Russian Oligarchs threatening the very sovereignty of the U.S. So it is outrageous that so-called "Hillary Supporter" Paul is coddling up to and performing for these very same thugs and murderers who allegedly destroyed Hillary Clinton's election hopes. Paul McCartney is buddies with the very men who corrupted the U.S. Election. And make no mistake, Roman Abramovich is one of them, an insider to Putin, a very rich man who would not be alive if his actions did not please and benefit Mr. Putin. So yeah, it is a big deal.

Philosophically, more power to his elbow. Personally, his voice these days saddens me. I wish it was otherwise.

Abamovich is perceived a bit differently over here because of the football stuff. I'm told.

I have no problem with his touring, it's just the croaking horror that is his voice.

True, but doesn't change what I said.

True, but doesn't change what I said. So you approve of him still touring even though you feel his voice is "a croaking horror"? That doesn't sound consistent with things you've said in the past.

I don't have a problem with his touring, I have a problem with his voice. If he was to play and not sing then I would be fine with that, but that's never going to happen.

I'm sure that would go over well. "Yeah, I went to see Paul McCartney. He didn't sing any of his hits. They did Hey Jude, Let it Be, Get Back, Band on the Run...."
