We subscribe to sirius and that is all my wife listens to anymore. I don't buy a lot of CD's and she would only say something if I took money out of savings to buy the box set. Bingo, that's my wife and I. My new car purchased via "cash for clunkers" has sirius radio and my wife could live with that and never buy compact discs again. Me, I am already getting burned out on it: I love Classic Vinyl but three days in a row I heard Paul and Linda's "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey." Don't get me wrong, I love that song but three days in a row tells me that even sirius is not an infinite playlist of unrepeated songs.

Yeah, I get peeved also with hearing the same song when there is a vast catalogue of stuff to be heard. Check out "deep tracks" channel 16. The playlist there goes into more of the less played songs in classic rock. My wife loves the blues and listens to that channel the most.

However, I agree re: the occasional repetitiveness... . Also, there's no dedicated Beatles channel a la XM. However, they do have NPR!
