Is it saying the discs aren't loud enough? What is he listening to it on, a laptop computer? I don't get it. Is it making fun of today's kids being deaf?

The cartoon is making fun of the fact that despite the improved upgrade in sound on the Remasters, these kids are listening to them on dinky, little lap top speakers rather than a high quality sound system, which kind of defeats the purpose.
