Happy Birthday sayne!I hope Italy has been awesome and I further hope that you met Foxy Knoxy Amanda Knox because she is a rocker and she would probably love to meet a real rock and roller! Hope you have some good stories to tell! sayne's digs! Thanks everyone! Another year older. Not sure if I'm wiser. All back from Rome. To paraphrase a running joke my wife and I had going while we were there, "We saw a lot of church shit, ancient shit, historical shit, art shit, cool shit, Da Vinci shit, Rafael shit, Bernini shit, Michaelangelo shit, Catholic shit . . . ;D Didn't see Amanda Knox, but did see a lot of other Italian "talent." Rented a car for our drive to Pompeii. Very cool experience. Awesome shit. As for Wayne Manor. That house is actually a few stones throws and a couple hops, skips, and jumps away from me. There was a time when it was thought that that was the house that Paul bought in Pasadena, but he actually bought another house used in Batman which was down the street. The house in the picture has actually burned down. Don't ask me how a brick house can burn down, but it's just barely more than a foundation with a couple of half-standing walls. Too bad. Back to Rome. If any of you plan to visit the city in the future, feel free to pick my brain. I'd be glad to help you plan your trip.

Welcome back! I remember from the old Board that you lived near the mansion portrayed from the outside on "Batman!" That was a good one Winnie, "Stately sayne Manor!" ;D I half-imagined you causing an international incident, sayne, with some kind of Pope "shit." The Da Vinci Code indeed. Well, you are back in time for the new Ringo album[yawn] and, more importantly, the NFL playoffs!
