Sorry...I'm new here, so forgive me if someone already did a post like this.
But, if Ringo asked you to choose his All-Starr Band for him, who would you choose?
-The only restriction is that one has to make at least some attempt to make this realistic. So, please avoid including the deceased, as well as A-list rock stars (Clapton, Phil Collins, McCartney, Elton John, etc.)
If you feel so inclined, make a set list!

So, please avoid including the deceased, as well as A-list rock stars (Clapton, Phil Collins, McCartney, Elton John, etc.) LOL! Is that recognizing that Ringo is no longer A-list(which I would agree with as much as I still buy his albums and like much of his solo music)?! I sincerely believe Ringo had his dream band and that was 1997: Ringo Starr - drums, vocals Peter Frampton - guitar, vocals Gary Brooker - keyboards, vocals Jack Bruce - bass, vocals Simon Kirke - drums, vocals Mark Rivera - saxophone, harmonica, vocals That was an amazing band of era appropriate talent. I am amazed that this isn't deemed a legendary tour by the rock press. Alas, it is forgotten by most (except us hardcores) as another "All-Starr" tour to half-empty arenas or smaller theaters. I mean Jack f-ing Bruce, Brooker and Frampton! Throw Kirke in with "Shooting Star" and what an amazing show. Frampton more than held his own on the Cream guitar work. In five years one of the Jonas Brothers will be in the All-Starrs with that Miley Cyrus girl.
