Drove back today from L.A. Wrote two stories while in L.A. of the day at the Grammy Museum. Can't recommend the exhibit enough. The best part is the interactive drumming lessons he does. Very cool.
Stopped at a couple of record stores. Best finds were a "Beyond the Fringe" vinyl album for $3.99 and a big Billboard chart book (not the top 40, but the full listings) for $5.

Very cool. Isn't there something about Ringo donating his Sgt Pepper suit and Ed Sullivan drum kit?

Rob Shanahan sent me a couple of pics he took of Ringo. I'm in the process of getting these online.

So who's the blond lady, Steve? Thought I put that in there. That, my friends, is Jackie DeShannon. Always wanted to meet her. I hope to interview her soon.
