There was only one and I bought it. There's two more listed now. Good morning guys, the number you see is not the number of books available but the number of offers. I highly recommend to chose the Amazon offer, the best in terms of price.

Backseat, was there a hardbound version? Amazon is listing the paperback version. I prefer hardbound but if softcover is all that is available, I can do that too!

A nice review of the book appeared on the Epiphone official website: PAUL McCARTNEY: A LIFE IN THE STUDIO 29.05.2014 "While Sir Paul is recovering from a nasty viral infection that forced him to cancel several weeks of touring, fans who might have missed a show or two ought to check out the new reference book, Paul McCartney Recording Sessions 1969-2013, which covers McCartney's solo career away from The Beatles. The reference book includes musician credits, studio info, instruments, and more from all of McCartney's albums, singles, and side projects. Author Luca Perasi has also included quotes from previous McCartney interviews as well as quotes from fellow musicians to tie the all the facts together. Though Perasi's native language is Italian, the translation is quite good and you can bet that this is only the first printing in what will continue to be a valuable (and ever growing) chronicle of Macca's work. Don't miss it. Paul's vintage Epiphone Texan and Casino, both purchased 50 years ago this fall, make frequent appearances." www.epiphone.com/News/Features/News/2014/Paul-McCartney-A-Life-in-the-Studio.aspx

I am happy to report that I received my copy of your book from Amazon yesterday, Luca. This is exactly the sort of reference work that I am interested in acquiring. I will place it with my similar publications by Lewisohn, Macdonald and Dowlding that address the Beatles catalogue. I know it would entail a lot of work, but have you considered the possibility of someday writing companion volumes for Lennon, Harrison and Starr?

I thought about the other three, but I would like to have something new to add...In my McCartney book there's new infromation mixed with other sources, because I interviewed so many people. I don't really know if it's possible to have recollections from people who were there with them...Anyway, I got some other Beatle-related interesting projects for 2015

Great review by renowned music critic Nick DeRiso: somethingelsereviews.com/2014/11/25/paul-mccartney-recording-sessions-luca-perasi/Please note two things to complement Nick's comprehensive review, who received the book back in July: - Recent reprint of the book (end September) has been heavily improved, with corrections (suggestions courtesy of English writer Steve Lambley) and completely new layout. - Volume II is in the works and planned for 2015. Grab your copy and ask for your free .pdf update, that will be sent through e-mail sometime in 2015. E-mail to: info@mccartney-recordings.com with you name, surname, country and purchase date. Luca
