So what Ringo tracks deserve to be on a best of? In order starting with the best: 1. It Don't Come Easy 2. Photograph 3. Early 1970 4. Never Without You 5. Six O'Clock 6. Back Off Bugaloo 7. Weight Of The World 8. Snookeroo 9. You're 16 10. The No No Song 11. I'm The Greatest 12. Devil Woman 13. Sunshine Life For Me 14. Don't Go Where The Road Don't Go 15. Oh My My 16. A Dose Of Rock And Roll 17. Wrack My Brain 18. Goodnight Vienna 19. Down And Out 20. Pure Gold
I could easily have cut this off at 12 and not felt I was leaving something essential out.

Not a bad list. I'd have to see an entire list of songs to be precise--and maybe even listen to some of them again--but I know my personal favorite post-Apple song by Ringo is "I Don't Believe You" from TIME TAKES TIME. I might also squeeze in "Silent Homecoming" from BEAUCOUPS OF BLUES. So, to get those in, I'd take out "Six O'Clock" and "Devil Woman" from your list.

I haven't listened to any (but maybe three) of Ringo's albums in full, so I can't really comment on this, but I don't think a 20-track collection does him any favors -- particularly in comparison to the others. Probably around 12-14 tracks is enough.
That 'Go Where the Road Don't Go' was a pretty good song.
My favorites are '$15 Draw', 'It Don't Come Easy', and 'Photograph'. But you know what's incredibly great? Ringo's version of 'Night and Day' by Cole Porter on Sentimental Journey. Ringo totally nails the vocal in style, and it's arranged by Cuban musician "Chico" O'Farrill. Awesome tune. Would do Cole Porter proud.

I burned this a couple of years ago. It's about 76 minutes, 21 tracks.
Beaucoups Of Blues It Don’t Come Easy Back Off Boogaloo I’m The Greatest Photograph You’re Sixteen Six O’clock Snookeroo No No Song A Dose Of Rock ‘N’ Roll Drowning In The Sea Of Love Wrack My Brain Weight Of The World Don’t Go Where The Road Don’t Go I Don’t Believe You King Of Broken Hearts I Was Walkin’ Never Without You Choose Love Liverpool 8 Walk With You
I'm not sure what the length of the reworked Wings from 2012 is, but I would add it if under 4 minutes.

You're making a straw man argument - why veer off to something I never suggested? Only point was, it's pretty absurd of you to say "I don't think a 20 track compilation does him any favors" when you admit to having heard only maybe 3 of Ringo's albums in full. Surely you didn't need me to explain this?
