That was cool! Sure enough, this is accurately reported in Keith Badman's After The Break-Up book for October 17, 1987.
In fact, he reports that George attended all four of Dylan concerts there at Wembley Arena! There can be no doubt that George was a super Dylan fan and friend.
I wonder if going to all of those concerts(I've read he'd likewise often catch all of Clapton's concerts at a particular venue) made George yearn at all for doing his own concerts. Obviously no more than a brief Japanese tour in 1991 and one concert in London in 1992 for a political party.

George was lovingly considered the "RTP" of those Boards for his fierce loyalty to both Bob and Eric. ;D

We do have our characters, don't we? LOL! A representative George Harrison post on a Dylan Message Board: That Joan Baez was a 'ho; she didn't contribute or influence Bob at all, it was all him. Bob was the man! And old Woody Gutherie, he should thank Bob for making him more famous than he was in his prime! Yep, I could see Zimmy telling Hari to tone it down, it was embarrassing him! ;D
