Well, given that I have all of the first batch, the compilation is, of course, one. The Badfinger, Mary Hopkin and Billy Preston releases, also. And I'm very glad the Krshna album is being released. "Govinda" was always a personal favorite.

I'm looking forward to Radha Krishna Temple myself. I'm also looking forward to Doris Troy's album.

I think I'll buy the comp and maybe some Mary Hopkin albums. I bought all the Badfinger I needed last time.
I bought the Jackie Lomax album last time with "Sour Milk Sea" but I did not like that guy's voice. I would rather be held captive in a four foot by four foot cell with Sheryl Crow and her guitar than listen to James Taylor!

I think I'm going to get Badfinger again as I wasn't impressed over the sound quality of the remasters. I might get James Taylor's for completeness purposes (for my Apple catalog).

You've got me curious about the Badfinger c.d.'s previously released so I'm going to play them again. It has been awhile. I remember liking the sonics on "Straight Up" but I need to hear it again. "Baby Blue" is my favorite Badfinger song with "Day After Day"a close second.

"Baby Blue" is my favorite Badfinger song with "Day After Day"a close second. Reverse them and we are in agreement. I remember Day After Day more first generation. I was a big AM listener from 1969-74. Love all those one-hit wonders of that period too...

favorite Badfinger songs for me are "Flying" and "Suitcase" off the Apple compilation that came out so long ago...I have not listened to a Badfinger album though. The hits were nice. Are they worth it?
out of all the redundant releases this year...only picked up Double fantasy for the striped version (I'm happier with the previous remasters), The Red & Blue for nostalgia sake only as they were my intro and now for my little daughter, and the Best of Apple Compilation which has me the most excited....many related tracks....
PS: off subject: On Sheryl Crow...I like some of her stuff; at least she plays guitar and writes-not just a pretty face....although her latest album did little for me....so i would prefer her over James Taylor too...heheheh
