Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I always assumed that was Yoko singing along with John on "Happy Christmas." But it strikes me that thats the only time I can think of them singing together on a song. Aside from, I guess, her one line on "Bungalow Bill." Am I missing something? Considering how long they collaborated together artistically this seems somehow strange.

They sing lovely together on "Angela." They sing on several songs on STINYC.

A nice but rather slow one is the later "Every Man Has A Woman" Who Loves Him" from DF! I don't know if J & Y were head to head at the mic but Yoko sings lead with a nice harmony vocal down low by John.
