Even though I've seen the movie a dozen times, I watched it completely uncut for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Man was it pretty edgy.

Even though I've seen the movie a dozen times, I watched it completely uncut for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Man was it pretty edgy. I originally thought it was Linda McCartney playing Billy Jack's wife, from a blur of early 70s confusion. LOL, because she acted as well as Linda sang! My Dad took my brother and I to that movie and we were like little kids and it had to have been rated "R!" My dad just thought it was an action movie and had no idea of the nudity, bad language and social justice politics. My dad was a Hubert Humphrey Democrat but certainly not a hippie advocate, far from it! He thought that hippies were all Charles Manson, drug crazed murderers! Billy Jack 2 was really bad, there was like a Kent State shooting at that "Freedom" school where a bunch of these hippie kids get wiped out. We were given Billy Jack buttons at the first movie and I wish I still had that, that would be a collector's item today.
