Both myself and Steve, posted Happy Birthday wishes to George Harrison (who would have been 71) on Facebook, plus a Happy Birthday to Yoko (who turned 81) Here is my post/video for George, from Facebook... *Happy Birthday* to George Harrison (still sadly missed)......Just love these guys (Travelling Wilburys).....Incredible collection of talent...I do miss also Roy (Orbison, who was also in the band.. ) but these fellows are carrying on like the giants that they are.....

Both myself and Steve, posted Happy Birthday wishes to George Harrison (who would have been 71) on Facebook, Yikes. I don't do Facebook. What about here at the AbberyRd Boards? It's unfortunate that FB is taking so much away from the various message boards I frequent.

It's unfortunate that FB is taking so much away from the various message boards I frequent. I only occasionally post there, when I get home from work, do a *Song Of The Week* from any decade, I haven't been posting here due to being busy from work (I still haven't replied to your Ringo post, a month back?)......But I shall return with my own Beatle/Solo Song Of The Week, and the promised Survivor for McCartney's new album....*NEW* With Birthday wishes here at AbbeyRd, I was creating threads/posting Birthday/Deaths & Marriages, but I was getting no replies (have a look at some of the old threads I started), except for JSD........At times, it was like talking to myself..... But I'II continue creating those threads....Don't worry, I'm still part of the furniture here at AR (since 2001?).....

Happy Birthday George!
One problem was the controversy over the real birthday for Hari! That may be resolved with scholars but the confusion lingers with the masses.

War Daylight Savings Time or some such thing. George used to razz Olivia if she said happy birthday on the earlier date "you're a day early" and then the next day say " you're a day late". I don't know if she said that in the Scorcese doc or in some other interview.
