Thanks for reporting that but oh dear God! Just when really good vibes from the real Sgt. Pepper are spreading across the world!

I remember my mum taking me and my sisters to see that in the mid-70s. I think we were all a bit confused about what the hell was supposed to be going on. Maybe it's time to give it another go? Although I think I'd rather live in ignorance.

Yes, I was bewildered at it although in America all of us suburban teenagers loved the Aerosmith "Come Together" scene and to a lesser degree, the Alice Cooper segment. As a young Second Generation Beatles' fan back then, I was so disappointed that the four real Beatles did not star in the movie or even make a cameo. Man I am now so glad they stayed away! That movie destroyed Frampton and the Bee Gees in one swoop. Yet Macca learned nothing from MMT and Sgt. Pepper and made Give My Regards To Broadstreet!

I think Broadstreet is 10X more watchable than Pepper (skipping the Eleanor Rigby scene).
I would go for the the Pepper disc if you could just pull up the songs. The songs weren't that bad.
