Time now to move to George Harrison. George Harrison had 13 US top 40 hits. Some charts listed a couple B-sides (Isn't It A Pity and Deep Blue) separately so I've included them and Wake Up My Love charted in the 50's so that gives us 16 songs. Again the seedings are purely by chart position so the matches are not influenced by my personal opinion.
So here are the match ups for round one:
#1 My Sweet Lord vs. #16 Deep Blue
#2 Got My Mind Set On You vs. #15 Wake Up My Love
#3 Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth) vs. #14 Isn't It A Pity
#4 All Those Years Ago vs. #13 Ding Don Ding Dong
#5 What Is Life vs. #12 This Song
#6 Dark Horse vs. #11 Bangladesh
#7 Blow Away vs. #10 When We Was Fab
#8 Crackerbox Palace vs. #9 You

#1 My Sweet Lord vs. #16 Deep Blue MY SWEET LORD Good to start with an easy one.
#2 Got My Mind Set On You vs. #15 Wake Up My Love GOT MY MIND SET ON YOU Yet another easy one
#3 Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth) vs. #14 Isn't It A Pity GIVE ME LOVE The trend of easy picks gets even easier.
#4 All Those Years Ago vs. #13 Ding Don Ding Dong ALL THOSE YEARS AGO Are they all going to be this easy?
#5 What Is Life vs. #12 This Song WHAT IS LIFE Still haven't had the slightest bit of hesitation in any match yet.
#6 Dark Horse vs. #11 Bangladesh DARK HORSE Finally a challenging one. Both of these songs would lost any other match. Dark Horse wins as it is a better song. Bangladesh was a noble cause for George, but not much of a song.
#7 Blow Away vs. #10 When We Was Fab WHEN WE WAS FAB I did have to think a little about this one as I like both, but When We Was Fab appeals to the "Beatles geek" in me.
#8 Crackerbox Palace vs. #9 You CRACKERBOX PALACE Saving the toughest match for last. I really like both of these songs. Crackerbox Palace has that great guitar and is a fun song. "You" would easily win the 6/11 match. It is the best song of the losers in round one (edging out Blow Away)

#1 My Sweet Lord vs. #16 Deep Blue Easy - My Sweet Lord. It is a great song. A lot of excitement when it came out. The album cost too much. My sister got the single.
#2 Got My Mind Set On You vs. #15 Wake Up My Love Wake Up My Love. I bought the album as soon as I heard it. The only George album I'd bought at the time was Living in the Material World and I found it disappointing.
#3 Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth) vs. #14 Isn't It A Pity Both of these are great, big favorites of mine. I'll have to go with Give Me Love. It's a pity the rest of the album wasn't as good (pun resisted).
#4 All Those Years Ago vs. #13 Ding Don Ding Dong All Those Years Ago - Another song in great territory, sad as it is to hear. I like Ding Dong Ding Dong too. I'm surprised it's not played every year like a Christmas song.
#5 What Is Life vs. #12 This Song Another tough one to pick. I'll go with This Song. It's just so clever.
#6 Dark Horse vs. #11 Bangladesh Dark Horse may be my favorite. Although it should be Dark Pony. He was only a little hoarse.
#7 Blow Away vs. #10 When We Was Fab Boy, these are all pretty hard to decide. When We Was Fab gets the nod (Beatlely song about the Beatles).
#8 Crackerbox Palace vs. #9 You Crackerbox Palace. Back to easy. I never liked You.

Some varied opinions above already from this list. I will choose:
#1 My Sweet Lord #2 Got My Mind Set On You #14 Isn’t It A Pity #4 All Those Years Ago #5 What Is Life #6 Dark Horse #7 Blow Away #9 You
My Sweet Lord, Isn’t It A Pity, What Is Life and Blow Away were all easy; they are amongst my very favourite solo Harrison songs. Crackerbox Palace vs. You was the hardest choice for me. I like both of them, the first for the comedy and the second for the guitar.

#1 My Sweet Lord
#2 Got My Mind Set On You
#3 Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)
#13 Ding Dong Ding Dong
#5 What Is Life
#6 Dark Horse
#7 Blow Away
#8 Crackerbox Palace
I had profound trouble with "Got My Mind Set On You" versus "Wake Up My Love." The latter is an original George composition while the former was a #1 Hit restoring George to the Toppermost of the Poppermost. "Wake Up My Love" got good radio play rotation in Bloomington Indiana with Indiana University.
"Ding Dong" is my biggest upset but I appreciate the sentiment of "All Those Years Ago" but not so much the song itself.

#1 My Sweet Lord #2 Got My Mind Set On You #14 Isn't It A Pity #4 All Those Years Ago #12 This Song #6 Dark Horse #7 Blow Away #8 Crackerbox Palace
Pity "Deep Blue" got the death slot against "My Sweet Lord," as I'd take it over a few of the others in a head-to-head.
"Ding Dong" was the worst single from the solo Fabs in the 70's, and perhaps ever.
"Blow Away" over "When We Was Fab" was the hardest call of this lot.

We have two ties so I'd like to see one more vote. If not, I will award the win to the higher ranked song.

Results from round one:
My Sweet Lord wins in a shutout over Deep Blue Got My Mind set on you with a comfortable win over Wake Up My Love A huge shocker for me that Give Me Love, which I thought would win easily, has to survive the tie-breaker over Isn't It A Pity to advance All Those Years Ago with a comfortable win over Ding Don Ding Dong What Is Life wins comfortably over This Song Dark Horse with a comfortable win over Bangladesh Blow Away survives what I expected would be a tough match with the tie-breaker over When We Was Fab Crackerbox Palace edges You in another match I expected to be tough.
