If John hadn’t died. What do you think his concerts would be like? And also, where do you think he would’ve taken his career?

My memory from 1980 was that John was anticipating touring with Yoko Ono in 1981 so right off the bat it would be a John and Yoko concert presumably them splitting songs equally like on Double Fantasy!
John said he wanted to do songs like "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and I think "Help" although with different arrangements which I am afraid would have been unpopular. John needed to study history to see that Paul was successful keeping the arrangements faithful to the records while George experienced disaster changing the arrangements of his most popular Beatles' songs on his Dark Horse Tour.
Bob Dylan is like that, the closer he sticks to his original arrangements the happier the audience is but I have been to his concerts where we have no idea what the song is unless we get lucky and can make out some lyrics! He so radically changes arrangements that it is no fun for us in the audience.
John had plenty of great Solo songs to pad out a great set-list but again, he would be sharing the stage with Yoko so his set-list would be shortened.
I would have loved for John to have lived so we could have had concerts from him and Yoko but I have doubts how such a joint concert, John and Yoko, would go over especially if he was radically changing the arrangements to "Hand" and "Help", etc.

I often wonder, if John hadn't been murdered, how many albums would he have made with Yoko, before he said, Mother, the next one is going to be a John Lennon album. I'll help you do a Yoko Ono album after mine.
When John went back on the road, with Yoko, in 1981, i wonder when the style of show would have changed and Yoko became the support act and did her thing whilst John was backstage warming up with whichever musicians weren't doubling up as Yoko's band members.
