REVIEW: THE BEATLES - "KENNY EVERETT MEETS SGT. PEPPER

Audiofon, a Yellow Dog label off-shoot released this new disc containing an alternate "Sgt. Pepper's" album in the first half of the CD and the Kenny Everett "Where It's At" interview to promote the upcoming release of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. All of these alternate "Pepper" tracks are useless here and reminiscent of the Rattlesnake bootleg CD, "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band....NAKED!" I'd much rather have bought just the Kenny Everett show exclusively, than to have useless filler as these listed below rounding out the disc. Sound quality on these tracks are excellent if anyone's interested. The Kenny Everett program is still good mono and worth having in everyone's collection and really is the only reason to acquire this disc if you don't have this interview program.
