RINGO TIME TAKES TIME STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES GOODNIGHT VIENNA Y NOT ROTOGRAVURE BAD BOY RINGO THE 4TH VERTICAL MAN OLD WAVE LIVERPOOL 8 CHOOSE LOVE RINGO RAMA SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY BEAUCOUPS OF BLUES
It's really not fair of me to place SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY and BEAUCOUPS OF BLUES at the bottom of the list; they're fine albums for what they set out to be (Old Standards and Country) but I personally just prefer to hear them the least.
I also really like STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES, which I feel is Ringo's most underappreciated effort, and a consistent LP.

Ok, I'll put in my choices:
RINGO TIME TAKES TIME Y NOT GOODNIGHT VIENNA VERTICAL MAN RINGO RAMA CHOOSE LOVE LIVERPOOL 8 ROTOGRAVURE OLD WAVE BEAUCOUPS OF BLUES SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES BAD BOY RINGO THE 4TH
If live recordings were to be included into the list, I would add 'Vh1 Storytellers' and 'Soundstage' into the mix and rate them high as they are Ringo's best live albums.

Interesting approach, doing the "tier" break-ups. That's actually how I approach the albums myself (especially Paul's) so, it's kinds rough really trying to put them all together in some kind of order!

Breaking it up into tiers made it easier for me. Wrote notes to explain my thinking, but they didn't go through. Going through this exercise made me realize how strong, and underrated, RingoRama is (IMHO).

Don't have "Old Wave" so I'll have to leave it off and "Y Not" isn't out until next week in the UK.

Wow, I can't do this. I tried twice now and I can't rank these.
I probably have to rate RINGO #1 and Time Takes Time #2 but after that I get frustrated. Part apathy, part bland albums.
Ringo The 4th or ROTOGRAVURE would be in my cellar.

My list looks pretty much as yours Stavros, though I'm not completely certain how to precisely rank the lesser albums. They don't get played very often I'm afraid. "Y not" has just appeared in some of the shops here in Australia. I bought a copy today and have played it once. I find it underwhelming. I might appreciate it more after a few more plays, but at the moment I would rank it about where you have placed "Liverpool 8."

I got hold of Y Not on Monday as it's UK release was week or so after North America. Not totally impressed on first listen but it has become a bit of a grower and the musicians playing on it are top notch. I also like the production too. I think that my faves are "The Other Side of Liverpool". It's the sort of song I guess John would have wrote for Ringo had he still been around. Whether Liverpool has forgiven Ringo is another question . And I love the duet with Paul "Walk With You" . Even though you can hear that McCartney's voice has aged it actually makes the track something special. I might be wrong but it feels like they are both accepting they were, are and always will be Beatles. I hope this isn't the last time they work together. I think I'd now rank "Y Not" in Ringo's top 4
