I'm leaving off the Fireman albums personally, but feel free to add them if you like. This exercise is much harder for me than the other Beatles, because there are so many of them, and so many are similarly matched. Here's my best shot (it's always hard to pick what I'd say is Paul's "Best" album -- but "worst" is a cinch!):
BAND ON THE RUN RAM VENUS AND MARS CHAOS AND CREATION IN THE BACKYARD FLAMING PIE BACK TO THE EGG TUG OF WAR WINGS AT THE SPEED OF SOUND LONDON TOWN OFF THE GROUND MEMORY ALMOST FULL McCARTNEY McCARTNEY II WILD LIFE FLOWERS IN THE DIRT RUN DEVIL RUN RED ROSE SPEEDWAY GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADSTREET PIPES OF PEACE PRESS TO PLAY CHOBA B CCCP DRIVING RAIN
Some observations: TUG OF WAR has not held up that well for me over the past 28 years; it was better then than now.
BACK TO THE EGG, McCARTNEY II, and WILD LIFE are underrated LPs.
DRIVING RAIN is the worst solo album by any Beatle - including Ringo's worst albums - IMO. Any of Ringo's albums have at least one track I like a good deal on them; DRIVING RAIN does not.

To quote Gilbert & Sullivan, I've got a little list:
BAND ON THE RUN FLAMING PIE CHAOS AND CREATION IN THE BACKYARD MEMORY ALMOST FULL TUG OF WAR ELECTRIC ARGUMENTS RAM FLOWERS IN THE DIRT McCARTNEY BACK TO THE EGG RUN DEVIL RUN VENUS AND MARS WINGS AT THE SPEED OF SOUND LONDON TOWN RED ROSE SPEEDWAY PRESS TO PLAY McCARTNEY II GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADSTREET CHOBA B CCCP OFF THE GROUND PIPES OF PEACE WILD LIFE DRIVING RAIN
I added 'Electric Arguments' to the list because to me it's a more creative McCartney album thanks to The Fireman influence.
I differ on the opinion that there are no good tunes on 'Driving Rain', I think there are a few good ones, 'Heather' being one of my favorites off it, though in hindsight, Paul should have kept it an instrumental. I think part of the problem with 'Driving Rain' is that it's poorly sequenced, so it doesn't have a good flow to it. Nor do I think it's the worst album released by any Beatle. As far as I'm concerned, 'Sometime In New York City' still holds the dubious honor.
As with the regular albums, there are too many Live albums and they need their own list:
WINGS OVER AMERICA UNPLUGGED GOOD EVENING NEW YORK CITY TRIPPING THE LIVE FANTASTIC BACK IN THE U.S. PAUL IS LIVE

Spot on....mucca must have thrown his thought process out the window...he must have been pussy whipped....it's the only way shite could have sounded so sweet to him........ that's why he attracts more criticism than he deserves..he thinks it's good just because "he's" doing it...

I know there have been worse songs than this...
Spinning On An Axis
World spinning round To the next revolution Sun going down Gonna rise up again
I watch the sun go down With some sorrow And now I know it's gonna Come back tomorrow Ain't no reason It has to do that It's the season of the culture bat
Spinning on an axis Spinning on an axis Staring in the face Of time and space Spinning on an axis
World spinning round To the next revolution Sun going down Gonna rise up again
World spinning round To the next revolution Sun going down Gonna rise up again
Hear me rising Rise up and sing, rise up, rise up
Although I'm curious It isn't a crime I want to know if I Find out in time A lot of people busy doing their thing Are gonna wake up and sing
Spinning on an axis Spinning on an axis We ask the question And the answer's yes Spinning on an axis
I watch the sun go down With some sorrow And now I know it's gonna Come back tomorrow Ain't no reason why It has to do that It's the seaons of the culture bat
I watch the sun go down Wonder if it's gonna come back Certainly there's no guarantee But I gotta feeling it will be
Spinning on an axis Spinning on an axis Spinning on, spinning on an axis Spinning on an axis Spinning on an axis
World spinning round To the next revolution Sun going down Gonna rise up again
World spinning round To the next revolution Sun going down Gonna rise up Gonna rise up Gonna rise up Gonna rise up Gonna rise up again
World spinning round To the next revolution
I'm sure there have been worse songs than this written.......

Does Twin Freaks or Unplugged count as an "official" album? Nah I thought not!
Here I go with my two penneth and I doubt anyone will agree with me because I really thing Back to the Egg was the last time Paul took a chance with an album and lost his nerve and played it safe forever after. And I really do rate it as his best mainstream album. I am also warning to Memory Almost Full though.
BACK TO THE EGG BAND ON THE RUN RAM LONDON TOWN FLAMING PIE MEMORY ALMOST FULL PIPES OF PEACE GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADSTREET CHAOS AND CREATION IN THE BACKYARD FLOWERS IN THE DIRT TUG OF WAR VENUS AND MARS RED ROSE SPEEDWAY WINGS AT THE SPEED OF SOUND McCARTNEY McCARTNEY II RUN DEVIL RUN PRESS TO PLAY CHOBA B CCCP DRIVING RAIN OFF THE GROUND WILD LIFE

My favorite live album is Wings Over America and Electric Arguments is the best of the Firemen albums. I also like Unplugged a lot.
