I find myself enjoying all of Denny's singing and songwriting efforts with Wings.
He benefited from being in Wings, but it also detracted him from making it on his own.
I would wonder what his career would have been like if he went back to the Moody Blues. I dunno- probably too hard to compare eras like Peter Green rejoining a late 70s Fleetwood Mac.

Denny's a good bloke and deserves more recognition for his contributions to the Moody Blues and Wings.
