I just discovered that my cable company has a station that played in succession today 2 episodes in a row each of Gidget, The Flying Nun, The Monkees, and then the Partridge Family. Before Gidget, they played Here Come the Brides. Woo hoo! My Sundays are set for awhile. The football lockout can go on forever as far as I'm concerned.

I've known about Antenna TV for months now, and it's available on cable TV, over digital TV antennas and TV screens with built-in digital antennas, and it's fun to watch Micky Dolenz' first TV show 'Circus Boy', broadcast ten years before 'The Monkees'. Check your cable listings or if you have a digital antenna, see if you receive Antenna TV. www.antennatv.tv/

Us aging Boomers are easily amused! ;D I've heard of this channel but I don't get it in the 'Port.
Just the title "Circus Boy" brings up horrible memories from my childhood. [Shudder]

I'm totally jealous. Our cable company doesn't have Antenna TV. I want it.

I have Direct TV and I don't think they have it, either. I do have a couple of retro channels (The Hub with "Batman", for one), but not that...

Redding has it, but not San Francisco. Something is very wrong.

Redding has it, but not San Francisco. Something is very wrong. I would laugh if Logansport, Indiana gets it before San Francisco, CA! ;D We are more progressive in many ways than S.F.

The great Cole Porter was from Peru(pronounced Pee-ru), Indiana. scousette found something once that suggested The Hollies played in Peru, Indiana so I grabbed my wife and we drove there for me to breath in the air that Tony Hicks once breathed as all I need is the air that Tony breathed(and to love him) but then she wrote, "Nevermind it was another town!" I think scousette did that on purpose to make me look like a fool(which I still would have even if The Hollies had played there 45 years ago!).

Sorry about that JSD, but really, how was I to know that there was another town named Pee-ru in the midwest?
