I'm still trying to decide whether to go to one Brian's performances next week. I put off buying a ticket because I thought I would be out of town, but that business trip was cancelled.
Has anybody here been to a show on this current tour? If so, what did you think? Apparently he does BB oldies and some stuff from the Gershwin album. I was underwhelmed with his Gershwin interpretations, but nothing I couldn't stand to hear live.
I welcome your posts.

If I do see Brian Wilson it will be solo(by myself) and indoors! I absolutely adored his Smile debut tour of what, 2005. I caught him in Chicago at a beautiful auditoreum and had among the best seats I've ever purchased through the normal, non-ticket agent/scalping route. Even my wife thought it cool during the show but afterwards she had instant memory loss and denied enjoying his performance and music. Brian Wilson is an artist banned by my wife from our car stereo on trips. Even The Avett Brothers aren't banned and she doesn't like them("When did you start liking banjo music!?") but BW is. I'd see Brian Wilson again but only if I knew he was doing some of the old stuff and I don't mean all Gershwin, not that kind of old stuff! ;D
