Anyone using this? It's crashing like crazy on me. I probably should have gone back to FF2, but there's been a Windows update since, so I don't think I should.

Firefox 3 has some "issues", and best kept away from for the time being.
I think it's a case of, "let's REALLY do a last proper beta-test and release this thing to everybody! That way, we'll find out all the bugs and kinks."
The hype of let's have the most downloads in 24 hours in history shows that Mozilla felt the need for more than the normal push.
Uninstall 3, and go back to 2.

I did uninstall it today. And it's much calmer for me now, though there are some nice features on 3. But I'll have to wait on them.

Have all the bugs been worked out of Firefox 3 yet? I use Firefox 2 at home, but have stayed away from Firefox 3 because I'd heard it was buggy (from other sources, not just here). NP: Nick Cave, "Let It Be," I Am Sam (soundtrack)

Mozilla seems to have adopted Microsoft's usual practice: Release the final Beta as if it were the finished product. (Of course, MS seems to have done that even with the Xbox 360!) Depending on the site I'm using, I browse with either Firefox 2 (mostly on PC) or Safari (mostly on Mac).
