The time just ran away from me there in the slowest moving tournament in the history of internet message boards.
Assorted philistines booted off Robert Freeman's gorgeous photo on the front of Beatles For Sale while leaving inferior entries in the competition. But then, that's the nature of competition, I guess.
Only 6 left in it now, and I'll try to get the next round up as soon as there is a clear winner.
With The Beatles (and Meet The Beatles US) Rubber Soul Revolver Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band Abbey Road 1967-70

1967-1970 The Blue Album
Cool concept but tacky lettering as had been noted by others. We are also left with iconic covers from the original catalog.

1967-1970 BLUE
Compared to the others remaining, the BLUE album photo is lacking in coolness. You really need the RED cover to get the ideas, so it doesn't work so well on its own. I don't mind the tacky lettering so much, the font is of that time and is quaint.

I'll keep it unanimous with 67-70. It had been done before after all (and yes I know that was the idea and it was a good one that's why it lasted this long) and the ones left are more original.

We must ablueterate the Blue album. It does not work without the red album.

Yikes, even though we have thus far voted in unison, vectisfabber would not have counted any of these votes early on because we are not elaborating enough! ;D Amazing how a 19 Round and counting tourney can cause the tourney master to ease up on his rules.
