He obviously wanted to rest his worn out voice when he did this

3 This is actually my favorite song from DARK HORSE (faint praise I know-every other song on the album would be a 2-or a 1 in the case of Bye Bye Love). I'm normally not a huge fan of instrumentals, but this one moves along quite well and has a lot of variety to it. Add in some of George's typically strong lyrics and this could be a 4.

This seems longer than it actually is. Another George song with the gazooy sax that he seemed to like at the time. This isn't as bad as some of his other songs through this period.
Yet, I can only do a 2.5 for it, a 2 for the poll. That's the same numbers I gave Cosmically Conscious, although I like this one slightly better.

Much more interesting than the 1 chord throwaway jams on ATMP. But the name of the song gives an impression of a live cut, which it ain't.
I gave it a 2.

2. I remember I had that album my freshman year of college in 1974, listening to it in my dorm room. Didn't really care for the album then and don't much care for it now. Just a little too light. I remember George's show getting savaged in the press when he came through Cleveland.
