I just wanted to say that I don't feel it's a slight on Pete Best to have him down here in the "lower section" of a Beatles Board. My reasoning is because while Pete Best was once "a Beatle" before they took off with their astounding worldwide fame, Pete was not a member of "THE BEATLES", the phenomenon of 1963-1970.
The same applies to Stuart Sutcliffe. These participants were runners-up in the band at various points, before the "BEATLES" really "made it".
I'm thinking that this AbbeyRd Board at its core actually celebrates the phenomenon that was (and still is) John, Paul, George, and Ringo. A spedcial nod may be given to Pete and Stu, but more as "The Beatles Under Construction", for lack of a better term at the moment.

The fact that Pete even has a section on a Beatle board is significant, I think.
