U of L! Clap, clap! U of L! Clap, clap!
We haven't had a win since, speaking of UCLA, Denny Crum coached in 1986.
I'm going to have us playing Indiana in the final. (And winning!)

Yes, I think Louisville is the best team. Their comeback against Syracuse was epic, but I think they will be one of the upsets. Good luck.

We're up by with 2:30 left. In those days, the game is in the bag. Oh, well. That team violated some rules anyway, so second place was taken away, so I guess that's better than having a championship taken away.

If the first half Syracuse team shows up- they could go to the final four, if the second half SU shows up (halves refering to both season and BE Championship game), it will be one and done.

I was referring to Louisville stealing assitant coach Denny Crum from UCLA. Are you a Duke fan?

Damn-it Mike, if your Syracuse beats Louisville, I.U. is the very top #1 Seed and would have a shot at playing in Indianapolis in the middle rounds. Louisville came on very strong at the end while I.U. treaded some water but still, I.U. was 3-0 this year against Top 10 teams, Louisville 0-2 and I.U. won outright the Big Ten Conference(not the tourney but the season league championship). A lot of emphasis was placed on the conference tourneys this year as look at Duke. Last year Kentucky lost to Vanderbilt in the SEC tourney and that didn't hurt their seeding at all and they got to rest a couple days longer for the NCAA. Oh and did I mention that IU won outright the Big Ten Conference?

In 1980, Louisville, with former Bruin player and coach Denny Crum, played the Bruins with Larry Brown as coach. The Bruins, believe it or not, were actually the last team selected to be in the tournament. They became the giant killers during that tournament. They beat De Paul, Clemson, and Ohio State - each team being bigger, faster, and better than the team before. The Bruins were winning by 6 points with less than 3 minutes left. Kiki Vandeweghe stole the ball and casually went up for a layup and it was smacked away by a hustling Cardinals players. THAT turned the game around. UCLA did not score another point and ended up losing. Again, 6 point lead, no three point baskets, and less than 3 minutes to play? You should win. Can you tell this game haunts me?

Oh yeah, I forgot they were playing UCLA in 1980. This was my first year following college basketball. I really did not get into it until it was almost over. Everyone at the house I was watching it at was so amazed and surprised at the win. I expected it. I kind of felt like my cheering was what put them over the top and gave them the win. Everyone else had given up. So sorry guy. It was my fault. I find they do better now when I walk out of the room for awhile.

Told you the Bruins would be one and done. My prediction? Ben Howland gets fired and gets hired by USC.

Man, my bracket looks like crap. So I'm pulling like hell for Marquette just to keep what points I have. That was a wild game.

I've been following John's lead here.
Indiana has been number one in just about every poll out there this season. Yet he's barely said a word.
So I'll just say:
UofL - clap, clap
UofL - clap, clap
