I guess it's odd, since it is not sung by one of the women, but this is my favorite Abba song. I can sort of hear it as a Beatles tune, sung by Ringo or George in 1964. It has elements of "I Want To Hold Your Hand," "I Saw Her Standing There" and "I'm Happy Just To Dance With You" in the theme--except the guy understand that he's dealing with jail bait, so despite the fawning the young girl is doing, dancing and holding hands is all that he better do. While I don't think it is my second favorite ABBA song, "When All Is Said And Done" serves as a nice bookend to the exuberance of "Does Your Momma Know." JcS
