. . . but other people wishing each other a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, no one wished me a Happy Birthday. Yeah, I'm soooo paranoid. Do I need more proof of my lack of any standing on this board?

Nothing new Sayne, I notice thru the years the decline in posties posting on Xmas/NY/Births/Deaths and Marriage threads on this board? (check them all out?)...... A Happy (Belated) Birthday to you, hope the day was great (and got spoilt... ), and you enjoyed the evening with family.....

The remodeled ProBoards hides birthdays unless one specifically clicks the Members Birthday link. It was s much easier when birthdays were displayed daily! Happy belated birthday sayne, your Chargers won in an upset Wild Card victory so you must be feeling better! sayne is really Batman and this is stately Sayne Manor!Time is on sayne's side! When I'm 84!

sayne is really Batman and this is stately Sayne Manor! You know, that mansion is actually about 3 minutes from my house. It caught on fire a few years ago and is no longer in existence. The news story around here was that that was the house Paul owned, but actually he owned/owns a house a few doors down (which was also used in the Batman series). Thanks about the Chargers. I thought they would be one and done. Yes, a very good win. How 'bout them Colts. You Hoosiers must still be dizzily happy about your win. Very impressive . . . . . . and thanks for the birthday cheers. That goes for everyone else who "remembered." I feel so special.

Sayne, I want to wish you a very happy belated birthday. I would also like to wish you an early happy b-day for your next one, as well as every one you have after that (and hopefully you will have many returns) -- just in case I forget or something. The same goes for a belated Happy Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Groundhog Day, President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, and anything else I may wind up missing...
- And I do not mean to ignore any other posters here, either. The same to all of you! I would reply personally to every individual, but I'm getting late for work ...

That Wayne Manor photo is a running joke with sayne and I! I posted the image of it for some reason many years ago and sayne mentioned something about driving by it every day to get to work! How cool! I am sorry to hear that it was destroyed by fire even though it's front image was the only thing it had to do with the old Batman show. It is not like they filmed in it. Anyway, I always post it now when I see that it is sayne's birthday. Again, the change in ProBoards, which was outside of Steve's control, hides Members' birthdays so sorry for any belated announcements. I know it happened to OldFred and I felt bad. Rocko is our birthday Thread guy and if he can't do it then I try to jump in on folks I know here(regulars) and I know others have jumped in too. And every year we fall for JoeK's falsely reported birthday and do a Thread and then feel foolish when Joe gleefully points that out! Anyway, go Chargers, go Colts, may our paths meet again soon because it means we are winning in the playoffs!

Go Chargers, JSD? Say it aint so. . I'd like to see a Broncos-Colts AFC Championship game! By the way, where was stately Wayne Manor really located?

Go Chargers, JSD? Say it aint so. . I'd like to see a Broncos-Colts AFC Championship game! By the way, where was stately Wayne Manor really located? Actually, to be clear, I stated earlier that there was confusion about the Batman house being burned down. There are two mansions on San Rafael Street in Pasadena, California. They are both rather similar in architecture. The one that burned down was NOT the one used in the Batman TV series. The one a few doors down was and is still standing. Now, whether Paul owned/owns the house still standing, or ever did, is still up for conjecture. I have posted links to articles about the confusion and a photo of the fire: articles.latimes.com/2005/oct/07/local/me-batman7www.macca-central.com/news/1892/
