You may say I'm a dreamer but I was hoping that back in February/March of this year the Beatles might land an album at #1 and maybe a few more in the Top 10.
But what a feat in April 1964!

Per Wikipedia,The Beatles Second Album was released here on April 10, 1964, knocking Meet The Beatles from #1, the first time in history one artist knocked itself off from the top selling album.
This was a big week for The Beatles in the U.S.

April 4, 1964; "Where we goin' fellas?" "To the top Johnny!" "And where is that fellas?" "To the toppermost of the Poppermost!!" And they did just that 50 years ago today.
