LOL! I hope our U.K. friends don't blast us Americans for this mostly(not all) Yank-centric show as to the guest performers!
I was thrilled with it on first viewing but much less so on each subsequent viewing. Paul himself is solid live as always but this may be Ringo's greatest live performance since that Washington D.C. concert in February 1964!

At first commercial break all pretty good so far - We've had Maroon 5, Jeff Lynne (+ Joe + Dhani) and Ed Sheeran so far. A short Letterman chat with Macca and Ringo. Some weird Brit guy talking about the Rutles left me shocked............and stunned.
Anyway gonna grab a cold beer and enjoy the rest of the show now. I'll update the rest tomorrow.

I watched it once, and had in the DVR in case I ever wanted to see it again. Three months later, I hadn't, and then the DVR crashed. We lost EVERYTHING that was on it.
Oh well, there were some things I'd recorded over a year ago still there I hadn't gotten to.

I have to say I really enjoyed the show. I wasn't particularly taken by Katy Perry's rendition of Yesterday but otherwise it all worked rather well. I though Ringo was particularly good and generally seemed enthused about the whole thing.
One thought that did strike me was that this may well be the last time we see the two Beatles together playing live.

That is why it is so critical we get Paul, Ringo, Sean and Dhani to perform. We ain't none of us getting younger!
