A note to all: I've asked Joey to stop posting direct links to videos and ask that you search for the videos on YouTube. The reason is simple: The Harrison estate has gone after video posters before. (I know. I was one because of a video in an Examiner article.) I don't want a repeat of that. Thanks for understanding.

Crackerbox Palace is one of 2 fav George vids so it gets my vote.
Steve's request is fair enough, but, from a Layman's perspective, i don't understand why there's an issue with posting a link to something that is freely available on youtube

I'd like to think the Harrison Estate would be better spending their time readying more George Harrison product for the fans, like a decent DVD of the 1991 Japan Concerts.

Geez Steve, this is gonna kill me in not posting video links, so much for my Song Of The Week's and Survivor Games? The best part of posting here is the video links, compared to other Beatle forum's.....Taking it away, is like going back to the 90's?.....I was just about to send a great video link from Paul wishing Ringo a Happy Birthday, and him singing Yellow Submarine? Now what do we do, leave the Url address only??

This does take a lot of the fun out this thread. George's solo career seems to be getting lost. "Let's see. How can we make it harder for people to get into George and his music?" "Crack down on the video viewing. Yeah, that'll do it." Video of the Week: www.youtube.com/

Two days and I haven't watched the videos yet. I guess I'd better just vote from memory.
This may be the closest one yet. Crackerbox Palace has always been one of my favorites, song and video. End of the Line is great too. To use an old scale, they are both in Strawberry Fields territory.
Crackerbox is all George, so it gets my vote.

I know you've voted, but for others that haven't read the note on the first group/don't remember, voting continues on each group until a few days after the 8th match is posted--probably 3 days after--so a player should have time to watch them before voting. Well, except that last group, I guess... JcS

Folks, Steve doesn't like this either but he was threatened legally by the Harrison Estate for posting a George related video in one of his Examiner articles. Steve is the target the lawyers will look for for any violations here of copyright or defamation laws.
We all know it is stupid by Apple/Lennon Estate/MPL/Harrison Estate/whatever Ringo goes by to threaten Beatles Message Boards because if anything the Boards promote the music and increase the sales.
But I am preaching to the choir. Steve regrets having to do this but he has been backed into a corner by the mega-rich business entities representing the artist if only legally not spiritually!

"Crackerbox Palace" is a great video. I remember first seeing it on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and thinking it was very cool. A good song too!

In order to generate some discussion: How many of these three videos did you see for the first time while playing this game?
I think I'd seen all three, but I'm not 100% sure about "Faster."

George did well for the videos from 33 1/3; I give "Crackerbox Palace" the nod this time.

I'd seen all three. Like "End of the Line" best as a video and a song. Crackerbox Palace is a not too far distant 2nd!
