Well, we have a new NFL year already ripe with controversies(Ray Rice and now Adrian Peterson) and some good upsets like Browns over the cheating Saints and sayne's San Diego Chargers over the demonic Seatle Seahawks
As I type this the Chicago Bears just upset the 49ers spoiling the debut of S.F.'s amazing new stadium.
My Colts got beat by the Denver Broncos led by former Colt hero Peyton Manning last Sunday night. That was not an upset.
Post here for this year's NFL season. Good luck to your team! As long as it is not against the Colts.

Football is back... YYAAWWWNNN! The Colts got wholly reamed tonight, so much so they must wear Depends adult diapers. The Colts were marching to score and put the game out of reach when suddenly QB Andrew Luck appears to throw an errant pass. But wait a minute, the replay show Colts' receiver T.Y. Hilton all but got sodomized in blatant pass interference. And then on Defense, the Colts make a huge stop but no, the g-damn refs call "Horse-Collaring" when the replay shows we tackled the Eagles' dude outside his jersey. Game over. Well, I was pleased that the John Lennon on Monday Night Football clip was shown during a break in the action tonight. How cool:

In this case, you got it exactly right! Football season is a train wreck to my daily life. Even though I hate it, it's impossible to avoid it.

Ah, another Sunday for action-packed NFL Football! Put your dusty old Beatles and sole Beatles vinyl records and CDs down, fire up the 70" LED HD TV with surround sound, have that beer(or beverage of your choice) iced down, give the old lady a couple hundred bucks to go shopping, invite over that smoking hot 19 year old coed next door who once babysat the kids before she went to community college(and who has a major father figure complex) who also loves NFL Football and invite those guys over who the old lady and kids hate to keep them away until 8:00 p.m. when you then go to another buddy's house to watch Sunday Night Football! Will the Colts finally win a game? Will Sayne's Chargers have a letdown after their awesome upset of futuristic, scary in its perfection, Seattle? Will JCV's beloved Stillers get out of their funk? Ah, Sundays during NFL! Maybe Macca and the "young Turk" James "Big Mac" McCartney were singing about that on "Heaven On A Sunday!"

"Action-packed"? A bunch of guys loiter around, the whistle blows.., they move ahead 10 feet... they stop. I'd rather watch a blank screen. Or better yet, put the dusty Beatles stuff down and watch a good widescreen movie (which is what those TVs were made for). Anyway - ah, today was another Sunday of going to a Record Show and mingling with like-minded collectors!

Wow, a great day of NFL Football thus far! Colts win! Broncos tied the game with Seahawks late in regular time only to lose in overtime.
JCV's Stillers playing now! Man, what a day of hard-hitting NFL Football! Tell your NFL stories from today!

Thursday Night Football baby! Colts versus the Texans, Andrew Luck versus J.J. Watts!
Smashmouth, hard hitting football! It gets no better than this!
If you are sensitive, kind of a sissy, then you better go to the Linda McCartney or Yoko Ono Threads. This is NFL Football and tonight will be a brawl!

Wow! The Indianapolis COLTS beat the Houston Texans in a wild one! We went up 24-0 in just the First Quarter and it looked to be a blow-out.
But no, a penalty on a fieldgoal attempt by the Texans gave them a first down and then a touchdown. A deflected Andrew Luck pass just seconds later meant an interception and another Texans' score and we have a game!
It proved to be a good game and J.J. Watts lived up to the hype on him.
But a win in the NFL is a win so I am happy!
