Saw Cat Stevens Monday night in LA. It was my first experience with a ticketless system. All we had to do was bring the credit card which we used to buy the tickets and present an ID card. After they scanned my credit card at the gate, a slip of paper with our seat assignments (we I already knew where they were) was spit out. Seemed to work well as a way to prevent scalping. Saw George Lopez at the show. Funny, didn't make him for a Cat Stevens fan.
As for the show, there was a point where he did one of his songs and then segued into All You Need is Love. After the song, he said, "That's for all you Beatles fans. I love the Beatles."
Here's a version of the song from another show:

Oh, I forgot to mention. I got a little irked, (not by these people but, by people at Paul concerts) when Cat Stevens started playing new or obscure songs. Hardly anyone took a "beer run". I don't get it. Why is it when people like Cat Stevens or Neil Diamond play new material no one leaves, but when Paul or the Stones play them it's off to the loo for everyone?
