John Winn's "WAY BEYOND COMPARE" - 2nd Edition: I find it hard to put down this book. The glue is still wet (old joke, I know). In all seriousness, I find this book absolutely essential putting all the info we have from other sources, embellishing it with further facts and observations, and putting all chronological interviews right alongside the music, makes it historically more accurate and relevant to whom and what makes up the Beatles and where they went with their career. This is THE Beatles book for collectors. Hands down. Mr. Winn you are "da man"! Regards, Beatle Bob

"Lifting Latches" (vol.3) is out of print. It's basically a rundown of the John Barrett notes, but with supplemental material on each entry and added chapters at the end. Actually, I'm surprised this is OP. It's a great supplement to vols. 1 and 2. Winn told me it'll be reprinted eventually.
