When I heard about the video contest for What is Life, I alerted this artist, whose videos I've posted here. I just found out he did in fact enter but didn't win. The winning video was inferior IMO.

That was excellent, Mike! Who hosted the video contest, the Harrison Estate?
That seems to be the kind of video that would promote the music with youngsters. There are lots of colors and a lot of neat things going on!

But which one won?

Search this in youtube: George Harrison - What is Life (Video by Brandon Moore, Winner of Genero.tv Competition) Hey, I don't post actual videos anymore. I guess the choreography and (somewhat limited) camera skills won over computer generated iconography. One is all about George and his song. Whilst the other is that boring I didn't even watch it all.

It is pretty touching in spots. (If you go in for that kind of thing.) I'm not sure I want to watch it again to discuss the finer nuances.

I removed the video, because it wasn't the winner and I recall problems with these type of links in the past-sorry Steve- I forgot. The winner and "official" video is the dancing girl one, which supposedly features dancers from the Love show, which to me makes it a rigged contest.
Olivia and Dhani picked the winner. Booooooooo.

Thanks debjorgo for the helpful search language. At first I was a little freaked by the dancing girl, she had some nasty looking bruises on her leg, I hope she wasn't hurt filming this! When "girl meets boy," I thought maybe that's what sold it on Olivia and Dhani. But isn't this song the classic example of sounding like a boy/girl song but George is really singing about God? Maybe there was too much Beatles' content in the one you posted Mike. That wouldn't turn us off but it may have George thus by extension Olivia and Dhani? I still like the cartoon one best but this winner was okay but at first I thought the young female dancer was a zombie, there was no one else around, like the world had died . Dancing zombies scare me!
