Mid '70s. That would had been the Jackson 5 cartoons. I think the Hanna-Barbera folks must have had themselves a Scooby-Doobie snack.

LMAO! Brian looks like he is in his high school star athlete shape and sane, while such cartoon would have been in what the late 60's early 70's when he was huge, unkempt and sitting in his indoors sandbox crazier than a loon. Al is too tall but the facial is good! We have wild Dennis in sandals doing karate moves wondering if he is the next victim of the Manson Family. Poor Carl is shown as a soft fatty with his triple scoop of ice cream......well that is actually accurate.
And they got Mike Love right, he looks like a cowboy tool with his little pug-nose turned upwards!
What's with the huge orangutan?!
