AC/DC have announced that they will be going out on tour with a new lead singer, and it's a chick!
A friend of the band saw Christina Ramos amazing performance on the Spanish version of the X-Factor and was very impressed by her performance, in which she began with an opera piece which segued into a blistering version of 'Highway To Hell'. He told the band to watch the video of Christina's performance and to "wait for it!".
During the opening opera piece members of the band looked at their friend quizzically, then their mouths dropped open when Christina started to rock out on their song.
Duly impressed, the band contacted the producers of the Spanish X-Factor, and after some negotiations signed Christina Ramos as their new lead singer for their upcoming tour. AC/DC are excited to have Christina tour with them, especially when they tour Latin American cities.
In a statement Angus Young said "Christina will bring a brand new kick to the shows, and she's definitely much more pleasing to the eye!", Angus added with a wink.
Ticket information will be released soon.

I thought Axl Rose was already slated to sing for them on the tour. She's a little over the top for the band, if you ask me. I'm not a big fan of Axl's voice either though.
