My wife just bought us tickets to see Ringo and His All-Starr Band in Bangor, Maine this Wednesday. This will be my first Ringo concert. I saw Paul in 2009. I'll post my review of the show later this week!

It was a great show! Really glad I went. Probably only McCartney and The Kinks have been more enjoyable concerts.I loved how Ringo and the band made even some of my less favorite Beatles songs (Matchbox, What Goes On, Don't Pass Me By) into excellent concert performances. And then when they did some of my favorites like Boys (with Ringo on drums), Photograph, It Don't Come Easy, or With A Little Help From My Friends it was even more awesome. O If you have never been, one of the highlights is the "All-Starr Band". This edition has Todd Rundgren, Greg Rolie (Keyboards from Santana). Steve Lukather (lead guitar from Kansas), and Richard Page (bass from Mister Mister). Each of them get to do take the lead for three songs and they were all quite enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with Lukather's ability to handle the Santana solos. Ringo looked great and in great shape for 75. His voice was good and projected well. A splendid time was had by all!

Steve was in Toto, not Kansas. I also enjoyed Richard Page's performance and Todd Rundgren and Greg Rolie.
