From Paul’s series of live albums, which do you think are outstanding versions of his post-Beatles songs? For example, Beware My Love from WOA is often cited as being very good. What are some others?
The reason I ask is that I want to compile a live playlist and would value some other opinions to my own.

I always liked Soily from WOA. But there was never a released studio version of Soily. Off topic... why did Paul release his live version of All My Trials? I've always thought it quite horrible.

Technically speaking, kc does not say "live versions of studio tracks". And there was the One Hand Clapping version of Soily. (I don't know All My Trials. It wasn't released in the USA.)

Actually, I have heard it. I was looking for a description of it and I found it on discogs.com. I remember this from around that time. A friend of mine must had put it on a cassette for me. And so, I still have it. It's not bad. I've heard worse from Paul. I don't know how it got the A-side. It uses the old folk song of the same name. The one used in Elvis's American Trilogy. "But all my trials lord, will soon be over." It's kind of haunting sounding, like Paul thinks his days are all but over. Of course we know now, he had a few more years left.

It was from Tripping The Live Fantastic Highlights I think. It's not on my Trippin' album. Turns out it was on the Trippin' Highlights album, which I didn't get.

Soily is relevant for inclusion as far as I'm concerned and I would definitely include it on my playlist. I tend to agree with Nine about All My Trials though, not so good.
Another couple of contenders would be Maybe I'm Amazed and Letting Go from WOA, plus Figure Of Eight from Tripping.

It's a Fine Day from Paul Is Live Every Night from Kampuchea or Unplugged I'll have to listen to that one again, I've forgotten it. I have had Every Night from Unplugged in mind though. That might well make my list.

This is what I have decided on so far:
The Mess (1973 B-side) Venus And Mars/Rockshow/Jet (1976 WOA) Maybe I’m Amazed (1976 WOA) Beware My Love (1976 WOA) Letting Go (1976 WOA) Soily (1976 WOA) Lucille(1979 Kampuchea) Coming Up (1980 B-side) We Got Married (1990 TTLF) Be Bop A Lula (1991 Unplugged) Every Night (1991 Unplugged)
Got any more suggestions for outstanding/best live versions of solo songs?
