Ever noticed how similar the chord structure of Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' is to the Everly Brothers' 'Cathy's Clown'? Do a side by side comparison, you'll see what I mean. You too will wonder if it's butter or margarine.

You too will wonder if it's butter or margarine. Hmmmmmmm....never noticed that. Of course a lot of "classic" rock songs have the same basic 3-chord boogie. John Lennon said the Beatles nicked from everybody, so it stands to reason Roger Waters would do the same.
