#4 Instant Karma! (Easy. Not because I dismiss Watching The Wheels, but because Instant Karma! is an indisputable classic, at least IMO.)
#7 #9 Dream (Difficult. I love both songs, but about equally. I had to go for one, though I could easily have gone for the other.)

#8 Watching The Wheels vs. #4 Instant Karma Watching The Wheels. I love John's singing in this. He has a very soulful, tough-guy delivery.
#7 #9 Dream vs. #11 Mind Games #9 Dream. Seventies' psychedelia.

Instant Karma-see what kc said.
Mind Games-how this wasn't a bigger hit is puzzling.
All 4 songs left here are excellent!

Watching the Wheels: This pick was really a “Sophie’s Choice” for me. I love “Instant Karma” so much, but WTW is so lyrically poignant for me, there was no way I could vote against it.
Mind Games: This song has just grown in importance for me over the years. One of John’s most important songs re: his “peace and love” philosophy.

#8 Watching The Wheels vs. #4 Instant Karma Virtual tie. Watching the Wheels is exactly how I wanted Lennon's comeback to sound like. Instant Karma is exactly how I would want Lennon's first solo single to sound like (and not like GPAC).
Two Beatles on a record wins-#4 Instant Karma it is.
#7 #9 Dream similar songs but #9 Dream is a top 5 Lennon tune for me.

Brutal, this just too hard!
#8 Watching The Wheels vs. #4 Instant Karma
What MikeV said about "Watching The Wheels," I wanted a whole album of songs like that. But I am a huge IK fan! It is cool. The only time I really approved of music I love being used for commercials was Nike's "Instant Karma" commercial with Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and other cool athletes jamming basketballs to this tune. That was so cool!
Instant Karma wins for me today.
#7 #9 Dream vs. #11 Mind Games
Easier, "Mind Games" for me because of its association to me of learning about John's murder. The Man and CoachBK nail it on this song's importance to John's legacy. WLS Chicago played the hell out of this in 1973 so even though it was not a #1, it seemed like it in the Chicago area.

#4 Instant Karma
#7 #9 Dream
The second pairing was a bit harder than the first one.

Watching the Wheels Mind Games
Hard to choose given the fact that the four songs are all awesome.
