Final: Love both songs, but It Don't Come Easy is the pinnacle of Ringo's career
Consolation: Both are catchy, but You're 16 is more lasting. No No is a bit more of a "fad"type song.
DQ #1: It Don't Come Easy Photograph You're 16 Back Off Boogaloo
DQ #2: It Don't Come Easy Photograph Early 1970 Six O'Clock

Final: #4 It Don’t Come Easy
Consolation: #1 You’re Sixteen
DQ#1: It Don’t Come Easy Photograph You’re Sixteen (A great cover version. Ringo made the song his own.) Wrack My Brain
DQ#2: It Don’t Come Easy Photograph Never Without You Weight Of The World (I could easily swap the order of the last two)
I like these as well: I Don’t Believe You Don’t Go Where The Road Don’t Go Walk With You Rory And The Hurricanes Speed Of Sound

"Photograph" for a narrow win.
DQ 1 These two, plus "Goodnight Vienna" and "Back Off Boogaloo"
DQ 3 Same as above, except "Early 1970" in for "Back Off Boogaloo."

Declaring It Don't Come Easy the winner over Photograph
I think it is safe to say these are Ringo's two best songs.
Next up will be McCartney's UK hits that were not US hits coupled with US singles that made the top 100, but not top 40. Might throw some charted B-sides into the mix too. I'll see how the numbers play out.
