I wonder how it left John and /or Yoko's ownership? This article says that in 1992 a private British collector bought it. On October 18, 2000 George Michael bought it at an auction. George Michael did not attend the auction but had a representative there on his behalf. Now that George Michael is deceased, I wonder about the future of the piano. George Michael probably left instructions in his will saying how he would like the piano to be cared for. At some point, Yoko must have given her permission for the piano to be sold.
