Interesting that no one here has posted anything about the two songs Paul has dropped for "Record Store Day," so I guess I will. I really like "Home Tonight," especially the horn arrangement. It bops along, with a chorus that's humable and quite danceable. "In a Hurry," for me doesn't do much.

Both songs are pleasant enough which is the exact problem: Paul McCartney music was never just "pleasant" to me, it was my lifeblood for most of my life, since 1974.
Paul's music starting with the album New has not been my lifeblood. Just pleasant at best. The Dream is over.

I haven't heard either of these "new" songs, however, my expectations aren't very high when it comes to new music from Paul, i mean, he is now 77 years old.
Good on him for still creating and recording, but, that day is done.

Thanks JSD.
For me, Home Tonight is a great song, In a Hurry is OK, but not as good.
