Ringo sounded drunk but I know he was not.
I am excited that he may release a full Country album and not just an EP!
Ringo has always been sincere in his love of Country music and does it well.
His Pop EPs have been dreadful, they all sound the same and BAD! Maybe this new EP produced by Linda Perry will be better.

I've stuck with Ringo pretty good up to now. I went back and got many of his albums I'd missd over the years.
I thought the EPs up to now were okay, just very interchangable. My funds have gotten too tight these days for 'okay'.
I wasn't that big a fan of his Country album either. And I liked his rockin' songs better with the Beatles.

I received yesterday the Crooked Boy CD and it is easily the best of Ringo's EPs.
Linda Perry wrote the four songs and The Strokes' Nick Valensi plays guitar throughout.
"February Sky" is quite good and "Gonna Need Someone" Rocks!

Youtube has the playlist on Ringo's channel. I listened to it all. It is pretty good. Still debating purchase.

Youtube has the playlist on Ringo's channel. I listened to it all. It is pretty good. Still debating purchase. I debated buying it but I own some Linda Perry music, respect her and I liked "February Sky." After I ripped Crooked Boy to my iTunes library, it was placed on my CD shelf with the other Ringo CDs and yeah, those other Ringo EPs are pretty lame, sorry I bought those. They all sound the same and I do not go back to them even though I dutifully put them on my iPod Touch for car listen which is where I listen to music these days. Still, these EP CDs are expensive, the same price as a 12 song CD. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/1960644/images/SsmpaA0hrnR0zSNrbUvc.png) I am excited about Ringo's upcoming Country album simply because of who all is involved and Ringo's long-standing love of that genre. I just ask that Ringo put some heart and soul into his music because frankly, his last several albums and now these EPs with perhaps CB excepted, are like the horrible mid to late 1970's Ringo albums of Rotogravure, Ringo The IV and Bad Boy, as Ringo flew in his efforts with no passion.
