I am excited about this new Ringo Starr album entitled Look Up slated for release on January 10, 2025. www.rollingstone.com/music/music-country/ringo-starr-country-album-look-up-1235136122/Look Up tracklist: 1. “Breathless” (featuring Billy Strings) (T Bone Burnett) 2. “Look Up” (featuring Molly Tuttle) (Daniel Tashian, T Bone Burnett) 3. “Time on My Hands” (Paul Kennerly, Daniel Tashian, T Bone Burnett) 4. “Never Let Me Go” (featuring Billy Strings) (T Bone Burnett) 5. “I Live for Your Love” (featuring Molly Tuttle) (Billy Swan, T Bone Burnett) 6. “Come Back” (featuring Lucius) (T Bone Burnett) 7. “Can You Hear Me Call” (featuring Molly Tuttle) (T Bone Burnett) 8. “Rosetta” (featuring Billy Strings and Larkin Poe) (T Bone Burnett) 9. “You Want Some” (Billy Swan) 10. “String Theory” (featuring Molly Tuttle) (Daniel Tashian, T Bone Burnett) 11. “Thankful” (featuring Alison Krauss) (Richard Starkey, Bruce Sugar) OldFred posted the official lyrics video to "Time On My Hands" and here is another video for that song: I am excited about this because Ringo Starr has always loved Country music and has always put his heart into such songs. Beaucoups of Blues from 1970 is a very sincere and well crafted album that I thoroughly enjoy. T Bone Burnett's massive involvement here is cool and is quality assurance as he is a legitimate artist. Let the fun begin!

Ringo is the "output" king in his older years.
I wonder how many of these new tunes will make it onto the 2025 Ringo and his All Star Band concert set list ?

Ringo is picked "Disc of the Day" for his new single by Country Music writer Robert K Oermann on the site MusicRow: musicrow.com/2024/10/disclaimer-single-reviews-ringo-starrs-country-debut-is-a-simply-lovely-record/It is written there: "The biggest current star of the format is on hand today with new music from Morgan Wallen. But even superstars must take a back seat when there’s a Beatle in the house. Ringo Starr wins the Disc of the Day prize. RINGO STARR / “Time On My Hands” Writers: Daniel Tashian/Paul Kennerley/T Bone Burnett; Producers: Bruce Sugar, Daniel Tashian, T Bone Burnett; Label: UMG Nashville – At 84, Ringo still sings splendidly. Sharing the spotlight on this mid tempo meditation is a brilliant, crystal-clear production featuring breathtaking steel guitar work by Paul Franklin. A simply lovely record." I hope that this new album does well for Ringo with new fans!

The urge hit me to listen to the Ringo album just now. Perhaps hearing George's Sunshine Life (Sail Away). I'll listen to this when I finished Ringo.
Edit: Okay. Not bad. I may be cracking. What was the name of that last EP I didn't buy?

I thought Crooked Boy was a very good EP, much better than those ones before with bland, generic Pop music.
